Unbeatable location for visiting West Yellowstone, it's very close to park entrance, the office building, shops.

Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in West Yellowstone. Overall it was a good stay. Room was non-smoking and beds were comfy. The staff was extremely friendly and the service was fantastic at the hotel: D

Pleasant staff and particularly good location within walking distance to restaurants and pubs. They gave us a deluxe triple room with fridge as well as comfortable beds. There was parks and a national park right next to the place. Explored a performing arts theater, that is located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. The stay was fine.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Location was simple and the room was brand-new. Plenty of options, different food. Functional style hotel with comfortable furniture in the rooms. Superfriendly staff kept the whole place fairly clean. Quick check-in and nice customer service. A nice beach, excellent view.

The hotel was straightforward, but I stayed for 3 nights only. Very pleasant staff, warm room and decent location. The continental breakfast had lots of options for all tastes. I got free upgrade and loved it. The staff did all they can for a wonderful stay. Furthermore, Pinecone Playhouse and other tourist destinations were situated walking distance to this place...

it was as expected, with okay location and stuff. my room included smoke detectors for safety measures. loved the comfortable enough beds. found in a secure area.

It was WELL MAINTAINED and very clean hotel. Room was good sized for us. For lunch or dinner go to Beartooth Barbecue, located really close to the venue.

Staff was friendly and we appreciated our stay. And it's not very far from downtown. We went to pizza near to the hotel for a meal.
